Zoe's presence alone is a practice in peace. She carries wisdom, grace, and calm that runs deeps. With over 8 years of teaching experience, her classes are soulful, grounding and deeply restorative. She's the heartbeat of our mornings and the calm of our evenings. Zoe is our medicine on the mat.

Unapologetically herself, Abbie is a whole vibe. Hilarious, passionate, and bold. Behind the boldness is a deeply loving soul with a huge talent for creating nourishing food that fuels mind, body & soul. Founder of Zen Kitchen, she believes food is energy and she pours love into every bite. (And yes, she'll definitely be dancing whilst cooking)
