Meet Your Retreat Host, Kayleigh Langwieser
Hello, beautiful souls! I’m thrilled that you’ve discovered Release & Receive Retreats, a space where we can all take a much-needed pause and embrace true rest and renewal. Whether you’re a seasoned retreat-goer or about to embark on your very first one, I’m so excited to welcome you with open arms.
I founded R&R Retreats in early 2023 with a simple yet powerful purpose: to create a sanctuary for like-minded individuals to come together with the same intention, seeking to reconnect, realign, and rebalance their mind, body, and soul. The word “retreat” itself means to withdraw, and that’s exactly what we aim to do here. Withdraw from the hustle, the noise, and the constant chatter in our minds, and step into a space of deep reflection, healing, and growth.
We offer a variety of retreat experiences to suit your needs, no matter where you are in life or on the map. From evening retreats for those needing a brief but meaningful reset, to online retreats for anyone who prefers to retreat from the comfort of home, to overseas retreats for those seeking a longer, deeper immersion in beautiful, serene settings—we have something for everyone.
Each of our retreats are curated to provide an experience of peace, connection, and transformation. From soul-nourishing activities to meaningful conversations, we guide you through practices that help you release what no longer serves you, and open up to receiving the beauty and abundance life has to offer!

Kayleigh put on an awesome retreat event in Crete, 4 days and 5 nights of sisterhood!
