I’m Sarah, I grew up in Winchester and after spending almost 15 years on and off overseas I moved back, and now live with my boyfriend and our two children.

I am a group exercise instructor and teach Clubbercise, Les Mills programmes and soon to add David Lloyd Spirit and‘sound bath, and mat Pilates!
